How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
We expect delivery to take approximately 4-5 working days. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is 5-6 days. All deliveries are tracked.

How can I change my account password?
You can change your password by logging into your account. You can click on change password to change the password on your account.

How can I view my order history?
You can view your previous orders and other account details by logging into your account (click on my account in the [enter page location]).

How can I return my products
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and that’s why we offer a 3-year warranty on Repose® and a 2-year warranty on Toto®, with a 60-day returns policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know right away and we can put it right with either a full refund or an exchange.
